Author and photographer Eddie Brazil believes the ghost of the last lady to be hanged in the UK haunts a churchyard in Penn, Buckinghamshire.

Ruth Ellis, executed in 1955, may be returning in spirit form to visit the site where she murdered her lover, David Blakely. Blakely is even buried in the churchyard itself.

However, this churchyard seems to have more than its fair share of paranormal sightings.  Other apparitions that have been reported include a farmer that has fell from his horse in the 18th century and a "Lady in White" that is usually sighted at the East Gate.

A pub across the way from the churchyard also claim to have an unidentified Lady in White.

You know the feeling. You are tired and just want to go to bed to sleep and be left alone.  You tell your family that you don't want to be disturbed.

Well this occurred to a Dutch man.  But unfortunately he died in his sleep.  As he was "quick to anger", relatives didn't check on him because he was "used to being obeyed".  So when landlords performed a passing visit to the property four years later, the dead man was found.

Despite wondering if he was ok, the family didn't dare check in.

When 20-year-old Vauxhall Corsa driver, Raymond Curry, lost control of his car, causing it to overturn and roll through a fence, he became impaled on a post.  This doesn't sound so lucky, but the post passed straight through his body and missed all of his vital organs.

On top of this, Mr Curry managed to avoid two other fence posts that pierced the bodywork of his hatchback car, but missed him by centimetres.

Whilst in hospital, the doctors treating his injuries noticed some foliage on his back and on closer inspection found a four-leafed clover.  Whether or not this had any part in letting Mr Curry escape with his life is uncertain, but he seems to believe he owes his luck to that.  He now has the clover mounted and the plant takes pride and place on his bedroom wall.

News on the Internet is rife with the story of a UFO "fireball" that closed the Xiaoshan Airport in the Chinese city of Hangzhou. This amazing event happened on the 7th July 2010 and several spectacular photographs and videos were obtained of the craft.

What was this strange object in the sky? Is it an alien spacecraft, prototype

military aircraft or something else?

There is plenty of sites online that are trying to explain away the occurrence and put normal reasons to it.  Several comments of it being a meteorite have been made, as has a long exposure of a helicopter flying over.  

It is always hard to try and work out the real cause of these stories as the truth can be bent more and more as the stories spread across the net.  It has even been suggested that this could be a new military aircraft produced by the Chinese - produced in a fabricated UFO story to show the world what is in the skies.

It is odd that an airport was closed if it was indeed a Chinese aircraft, however, but it may all be part of the story.

The BBC News have reported that scientists have have found rocks that could be identified of a kind that could hold fossils of early life. 

The discovery was found during their research of a trench on Mars that is almost identical to a region in Australia, which contains evidence of the very early life on Earth.

Could these rocks contain the evidence of life on Mars?

Thanks to a Facebook friend discovering an interesting news article on the ufologynetwork, we have a fantastic little video of the sun for you.

One of the patients that Jason works with is also keen on watching the sun and it's activities. Both of these source indicate that the sun is very active at the moment and no longer calm.

Some of the investigations that Ghosts...and More have been on have coincided with large amounts of solar activity and resulted in very active nights.

Fashion model Kate Moss has apparrently hired a professional exorcist to rid her home of negative energies.  Her home has been the subject of quite a bit of bad luck recently, with the North London house being broken into (and Banksy artwork stolen) and the house being flooded with sewage.

A source talking to The Sunnewspaper said she has hired a shaman to cleanse her home of the negativity that is following her. Her current boyfriend, rocker Jamie Hince, is a huge believer in supernatural phenomena and was the one who convinced her to have the home exorcised to free it of the negative energy.

We here at Ghosts...and More think only time will tell if the events were down to negative energy or just two unfortunate events happening in quick succession.

Bosses of the hit TV show Big Brother have been shocked when one of the cameras caught what appears to be a ghost wandering through the house, whilst the housemates slept.

The show has already had claims of strange happenings, with accidents aplenty.  This was jokingly put down to it being the spirit of the late Jade Goody, who died last year, who was a housemate in the past.  The ghostly manifestation does appear to be that of a lady.

A show spokeswoman stated that the situation being monitored.

A couple of cricket fan's enjoyment was cut short when a possible meteorite landed at their feet.  Mr Marszel and Mr Haynes witnessed a black object fly towards them from above, hit the ground before breaking in two and one piece bouncing up and hitting Mr Marszel in the chest.

The rock, thought to be up to the age of 4.5 billion years old, measures 5 inches in length.  Mr Marszel states “It came across at quite a speed - if it had hit me full on it could have been very interesting."

Meteorite expert Dr Matthew Genge commented, “If this turns out to be a meteorite it’s very exciting and would be the first fall in the UK since 1992".

A group of three teenaged ghost-hunters were seriously injured when they fell off a cliff whilst escaping police.  Police were alerted to the teenagers when an officer spotted the group trespassing in Hubbard Park in Meriden, Connecticut, at approximately 1am.

Hubbard Park is near the former Undercliff Sanitorium for Children, which in 1918 became the first sanitorium for children. It is now abandoned.  It is an intriguing place for ghost hunters because it is considered one of the creepiest places in Connecticut.

This story highlights the need for any paranormal investigators to seek permission before they investigate a property and also the grounds of doing a full risk assessment before starting.  If both of these things had been done, there would have been no need to run from the police and even if they had fled the scene due to other circumstances, they would have known a cliff edge was nearby.
